23 years of research experience in the field of Post Harvest Management of Fruits and Vegetables, Design and development of packages for  transportation and storage of fresh fruits and vegetables,Development of processing machineries, Upscaling of processing technologies developed at ICAR-IIHR. The technologies developed and commercialised are as follows Arka High Humidity storage box for the shelf life extension of green leafy vegetables.  Arka Minimal Processed onion technology, Arka Crushed Tomato Technology. ARKA Motorized Raw Jack Fruit Peeler.
