Dr. T. K. Behera, Director, ICAR–Indian Institute of Horticultural Research (IIHR), delivered a talk on the importance of hortitourism in the Shevaroy Hills of Tamil Nadu, in the presence of the Hon’ble Minister for Tourism, Government of Tamil Nadu, Thiru R. Rajendran, during a function organised as part of the Golden Jubilee Celebrations of the Horticulture Research Station, Yercaud, under Tamil Nadu Agricultural University (TNAU), on 13 December 2025.

On this occasion, Dr. Behera, along with the Hon’ble Minister and the Acting Vice-Chancellor of TNAU, Dr. R. Thamizh Vendan, distributed agricultural inputs to beneficiaries under the SCSP, TSP, and Ainthinai schemes.
