Collection and  evaluation of germplasm and hybrids in guava

• One exotic and one indigenous collection of guava were made. Selected hybrid progenies were planted for evaluation and one progeny was identified for red pulp with soft seeds.
• One hybrid Arka Rashmi (Kamsari x Purple Local) with higher Ascorbic acid (235mg/100g) and pink pulp was released.
