National Mushroom Interface Meeting
Mushroom production is gaining a lot of importance in the present day. ICAR-IIHR and the Biotechnology centre, Directorate of Horticultural Govt of Karnataka, have been working in tandem for its popularization, ensuring quality spawn availability, as well as, training for updating with the latest developments and technologies. A joint "National Mushroom Interface Meeting" for mushroom trainees, growers and entrepreneurs is being organized on October 27, 2016 at Marigowda Hall, Lalbagh, Bangalore with the stakeholders to evaluate the impact, as well as, offer a platform for interaction. The “Indian Mushroom Growers Association” will also be launched in the same.
